2. Description of Service

Quizify is an AI-powered platform that generates quizzes from text, PDFs, and URLs. Our Service includes quiz creation, quiz taking, result tracking, and export capabilities. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update your account information if it changes
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Free Tier

Our free tier includes limited quiz generation capabilities. Usage limits are displayed in your account dashboard.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees due

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods

5. Acceptable Use

7. Generated Quizzes

Quizzes generated by our AI are based on the content you provide. You may use, modify, and distribute generated quizzes for personal and commercial purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You should review all generated quizzes before use.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality, is owned by Quizify and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., Google Forms, Stripe). Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUIZIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quizify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Canada.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Severability
